참가 자격

Eligibility

보조 장비(휠체어, 인라인 등) 사용 없이 달릴 수 있고 신체 건강하며 참가자 유의사항에 동의한 자

Persons who can walk without assistive devices (wheelchair, inline skates, etc.), are in good physical health, and agree to the participation terms.

미성년자(만 19세 미만)는 보호자(법정대리인)의 동의를 받은 후 신청해 주시기 바랍니다. 미성년자의 참가 신청은 보호자 동의가 있는 것으로 간주됩니다. (참가 신청 시 미성년자는 보호자 연락처 필수)

Minors (under 19) must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before registering. Registering a minor is treated as confirmation that guardian consent has been given. (Guardian contact is required when registering a minor.)

Please Check the Commemorative T-Shirt Size

기념 티셔츠는 성인용 사이즈를 기준으로 제작되었습니다.

The commemorative T-shirt is produced based on adult sizes.

사이즈는 재는 방법과 위치에 따라 1~3cm 정도의 약간의 오차가 있을 수 있습니다. 사이즈의 오차가 다르다는 이유로 사이즈 변경이 어렵습니다.

Measurements may vary by about 1–3 cm depending on measuring method and position. Size changes cannot be made due to measurement differences.

예약 TIP
사이즈가 작게 나오는 편으로 영어 사이즈 보다 숫자 사이즈로 체크하시는 것이 실제 사이즈와 더 가깝습니다. 평소 입는 티셔츠의 가슴 단면과 비교하여 참고 해주세요.

해당 기간 중 취소표를 통해 예매하신 경우, 기념 티셔츠 사이즈 지정이 불가합니다.

Reservation Tip
Sizes tend to run small, so checking the numeric size is closer to the actual fit than relying only on the letter size. Please compare it with the chest width of a T-shirt you usually wear.

탈의실 운영

Changing room

대회 당일 집결지인 ‘백범광장’에서 탈의실을 운영하여, 접수처에서 배부한 기념티셔츠를 착용 바랍니다. 짐 보관 장소가 따로 마련되어 있지 않아 개인물품 보관을 위한 백팩 등 지참바랍니다.

A changing room will be operated at Baekbeom Plaza, the meeting point, on the event day. Please wear the commemorative T-shirt distributed at the registration desk. There is no separate luggage storage, so please bring a backpack or similar to keep your personal belongings.

Operations notice

• 본 행사는 기록 경쟁이 아닌 참여와 완주에 의미를 두는 프로그램으로, 순위 및 기록은 별도로 집계되지 않습니다.
• This event values participation and completion, not competition — no rankings or finishing times will be recorded.
• 개인 기록 측정을 위한 장비 착용 등은 지원되지 않습니다.
• Timing equipment for personal records is not provided.
• 참가자 등록 시 제공되는 팔찌는 1인 1매 원칙이며, 분실·파손 시 재발급이 불가합니다.
• Each participant receives one wristband; replacements will not be issued if lost or damaged.
• 행사 집결지인 백범광장을 비롯한 행사장 내 주차가 불가하오니 대중교통을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.
• Parking is not available at Baekbeom Plaza or anywhere within the event area — please use public transportation.
• 행사 기간 중 기록을 위한 공식 사진 및 영상 촬영이 진행됩니다. 추후 홍보 자료로 사용될 수 있음을 양해 부탁드립니다.
• Official photos and videos will be taken during the event and may be used for promotional purposes.
• 본 행사(코스) 내에는 별도의 물품 보관소가 운영되지 않습니다. 소지품 분실 및 안전사고 예방을 위해 개인 물품을 보관할 수 있는 백팩이나 휴대용 가방을 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
• There is no separate luggage storage within the event course. To prevent loss of belongings and safety incidents, please be sure to bring a backpack or portable bag to keep your personal items.
• 여름철 무더위로 인한 탈수 위험을 방지하기 위해 남산 내 마련된 아리수 음수대를 적극 활용해 주시기 바랍니다. 환경 보호와 원활한 수분 섭취를 위해 개인 텀블러를 지참하실 것을 적극 권장합니다.
• To prevent dehydration in the summer heat, please make active use of the Arisu drinking fountains around Namsan. For environmental protection and easy hydration, we strongly recommend bringing your own tumbler.

안전 및 보험

Safety & insurance

• 행사 보험이 적용되나, 개인 과실로 인한 사고의 경우 보장에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
• Event insurance is provided; however, coverage may be limited for accidents caused by personal negligence.
• 참가자는 반드시 본인의 건강상태를 고려하여 대회 참가를 해야 합니다.
• Participants must assess their own physical condition before taking part.
• 주최 측은 만일의 사태에 대비하여 주요 지점에 구급차 및 응급 의료 인력을 배치합니다.
• Ambulances and emergency medical personnel will be stationed at key points along the course.

환불 규정

Refund policy

서울특별시 도시공원 조례에 따른 이용료 환불규정을 아래와 같이 안내드리오니, 이용 신청 전 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Please find below the fee refund policy under the Seoul Metropolitan City Urban Park Ordinance, and be sure to review it before registering.

1. 천재지변 및 불가항력 등의 사유로 이용할 수 없는 경우 : 이용료 전액 반환
2. Cancellation due to natural disaster or force majeure : full refund
3. 사용일 7일 전까지 취소한 경우 또는 예약당일 취소 : 이용료 전액 반환
4. Cancellation 7 or more days before the event, or on the day of booking : full refund
5. 사용일 6일~3일 전까지 취소한 경우 : 이용료의 10%를 공제한 나머지 금액 반환
6. Cancellation 3–6 days before the event : refund of 90% of the fee
7. 사용일 2일~1일 전까지 취소한 경우 : 이용료의 30%를 공제한 나머지 금액 반환
8. Cancellation 1–2 days before the event : refund of 70% of the fee
9. 사용일 이후 취소한 경우 : 환불 불가
10. Cancellation after the event date : no refund

기타사항

Other notes

2026 남산 서머 페스티벌 운영사는 참가 자격 박탈, 특별 인사 초대, 대회 중지 및 취소, 코스 변경 등의 권한을 가집니다. 천재지변, 감염병 확산, 정부 또는 지방자치단체의 행정조치, 교통통제, 사회적 재난, 기타 주최측이 통제할 수 없는 불가항력 사유로 인해 행사가 취소 또는 변경될 수 있습니다.

The 2026 Namsan Summer Festival organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants, extend special invitations, suspend or cancel the event, and alter the course. The event may be cancelled or changed due to natural disasters, disease outbreaks, government or local authority directives, traffic controls, social emergencies, or other force majeure events beyond the organizers' control.

이 경우 환불 및 대회 운영 방식과 세부 조치는 주최측 방침에 따라 별도 공지합니다.

In such cases, refund procedures and event operations will be announced separately in accordance with organizer policy.
