<사전 예약자 안내>

Advance Reservation Holders

• 사전 예약 확인은 2026 남산 서머 페스티벌 Summer Night 티켓 부스에서 가능합니다.
• Advance reservations can be confirmed at the 2026 Namsan Summer Festival Summer Night ticket booth.
• 17:00~18:50까지 티켓 수령을 완료해 주시고, 19:00까지 착석해 주시기 바랍니다.
• Please pick up your ticket between 17:00 and 18:50, and be seated by 19:00.
• 19:00 이후 미수령 좌석은 노쇼(No-Show) 좌석으로 간주되어 현장 대기자에게 배정됩니다.
• Seats not claimed after 19:00 will be considered no-show seats and assigned to on-site standby guests.

<현장 대기자 안내>

On-Site Standby Guests

• 현장 대기는 16:00부터 가능하며, 현장 대기표는 17:00부터 선착순 배부합니다. (1인 1매)
• On-site standby begins at 16:00, and standby tickets will be distributed from 17:00 on a first-come, first-served basis. (One ticket per person)
• 현장 대기표를 소지한 분은 19:00까지 백범광장 내 지정된 대기 장소에서 대기해 주시기 바랍니다.
• Standby ticket holders must wait in the designated standby area inside Baekbeom Plaza by 19:00.
• 현장 대기자는 19:10부터 노쇼 좌석에 한해 좌석 티켓이 제공되며 운영 스태프의 안내에 따라 순차적으로 입장할 수 있습니다. (입장은 19:20 부터 시작됩니다.)
• From 19:10, on-site standby guests may receive seat tickets only for no-show seats and enter sequentially according to staff guidance. (Entry begins at 19:20.)
• 대기번호 호명 시 현장에서 확인되지 않을 경우, 대기 순번은 다음 대기자에게 넘어갑니다.
• If you are not present when your standby number is called, your turn will pass to the next standby guest.
• 노쇼 좌석이 발생한 경우에 한해 입장이 가능합니다.
• Entry is available only if no-show seats become available.
• 노쇼 좌석이 발생하지 않을 경우 좌석이 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다.
• If no no-show seats become available, seats may not be provided.
• 좌석이 없는 경우 공연 관람은 불가능하며, 현장 내 입장이 제한됩니다.
• If no seats are available, viewing the performance is not possible and entry to the venue will be restricted.

• 본 공연은 무료 공연이며, 전 연령 관람이 가능합니다.
• This performance is free and open to all ages.
• 본 공연의 관람석은 총 1,000석에 한하여 1인 2매 사전예약을 진행합니다.
• There are a total of 1,000 seats available for this performance, and advance bookings are limited to two tickets per person.
• 공연 당일 미수령 또는 노쇼(No-show)로 발생한 잔여 좌석은 현장 대기자에게 선착순으로 배부될 예정입니다.
• Unclaimed or no-show seats will be released to on-site standby guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
• 단, 잔여 좌석 발생 여부 및 수량은 현장 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
• Availability and quantity of remaining seats may vary depending on on-site conditions.
• 예약 완료 후 예매자 명의 변경이 불가합니다. 명의 변경을 원하실 경우 취소 후 다시 예매해 주시기 바랍니다.
• Name changes after booking are not permitted. To change the name, please cancel and rebook.

입장 안내

Admission Information

• 사전 예약 확인은 2026 남산 서머 페스티벌 Summer Night 내 마련된 티켓 부스에서 가능합니다.
• Advance reservations can be confirmed at the ticket booth inside the 2026 Namsan Summer Festival Summer Night venue.
• 입장 대기줄은 운영 시간 동안 운영되며, 사전 예약 관객을 위한 별도 대기줄이 운영될 예정입니다.
• Admission lines are open during operating hours, with a separate line for guests holding advance reservations.
• 종합 안내소는 16시부터 공연 종료까지 운영되오니 이용에 참고해 주십시오.
• The information desk will be open from 16:00 until the end of the performance.
• 별도의 물품 보관소는 운영되지 않습니다.
• No luggage storage service is available.

관람 안내

Viewing Information

• 공연장 입장 시작 시간은 운영상 변동될 수 있으니, 방문 전 반드시 홈페이지 공지사항을 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
• Venue admission times are subject to change; please check the website notices before your visit.
• 입장은 행사 당일 좌석 순서에 맞춰 진행 예정이며, 관람객의 안전을 위해 진행요원의 안내에 따라주시기 바랍니다.
• Admission will follow seating order on the day of the event; please follow the guidance of staff for audience safety.
• 모두가 쾌적하게 공연을 즐길 수 있도록 장시간 자리를 비우실 때는 소지품도 함께 챙겨 주시기 바랍니다.
• To keep the experience comfortable for all, please take your belongings with you if you leave your seat for an extended period.
• 귀중품 분실이나 파손을 유의해주시기 바라며, 오랜 시간 방치된 물품은 원활한 운영을 위해 부득이하게 이동 보관될 수 있습니다.
• Please take care of valuables; items left unattended for a long time may be moved to storage to ensure smooth operations.
• 야외 관람의 경우 일교차나 갑작스러운 날씨 변화에 대비하여 겉옷, 모자, 선글라스 등 개인 용품을 미리 준비하시길 권장합니다.
• For outdoor viewing, we recommend preparing personal items such as a jacket, hat, and sunglasses in case of temperature changes or sudden weather shifts.
• 공연은 일반적인 우천 시에도 정상 진행됩니다. 다만 안전을 위해 기상 상황에 따라 현장에서 운영 방식이 조정될 수 있습니다.
• The performance will proceed in light rain. However, operations may be adjusted on-site depending on weather conditions for safety.
• 관람객 안전과 관련하여 정부 지침이나 다중운집 행사 운영 방식이 조정될 경우, 기존 예약 사항이나 현장 운영 방침이 변경될 수 있습니다.
• If government guidelines or crowd event regulations are adjusted, existing reservations or on-site procedures may change.
• 기념 촬영은 가능하나, 공연 저작권과 아티스트 초상권 보호를 위해 수익 창출 목적의 촬영, 생중계, 전문 장비 촬영은 제한됩니다.
• Personal photos are permitted, but commercial filming, live streaming, and professional equipment are restricted to protect performance copyright and artist portrait rights.
• 행사 기간 중 기록을 위한 공식 사진 및 영상 촬영이 진행됩니다. 추후 홍보 자료로 사용될 수 있음을 양해 부탁드립니다.
• Official photos and videos will be taken during the event for the event record and may be used in future promotional materials.
• 쾌적한 관람 환경을 위해 안내견을 제외한 모든 반려동물의 입장은 제한됩니다.
• For a comfortable viewing environment, all pets except guide dogs are restricted from entry.
• 타인에게 피해를 주거나 안전사고 위험이 있다고 판단될 경우, 스태프의 제재를 받을 수 있으며 강제 퇴장 등 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.
• Anyone causing harm to others or posing a safety risk may be subject to action by staff, including removal from the venue.
• 본 행사 내에는 별도의 물품 보관소가 운영되지 않습니다. 소지품 분실 및 안전사고 예방을 위해 개인 물품을 보관할 수 있는 백팩이나 휴대용 가방을 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
• There is no separate luggage storage within the event course. To prevent loss of belongings and safety incidents, please be sure to bring a backpack or portable bag to keep your personal items.

Other Notes

2026 남산 서머 페스티벌 운영사는 타인의 관람을 방해하는 행위, 타인의 안전을 위협하는 행위에 대하여 제지 및 상황에 따라 퇴장을 요청할 권한을 가집니다.

The organizer of the 2026 Namsan Summer Festival reserves the right to intervene in any behavior that disrupts other visitors' enjoyment or poses a threat to their safety, and may ask visitors to leave depending on the circumstances.

천재지변, 감염병 확산, 정부 또는 지방자치단체의 행정조치, 교통통제, 사회적 재난, 기타 주최측이 통제할 수 없는 불가항력 사유로 인해 행사가 취소 또는 변경될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 환불 대회 운영 방식 및 세부 조치는 주최측 방침에 따라 별도 공지합니다.

The event may be cancelled or changed due to natural disasters, disease outbreaks, government or local authority directives, traffic restrictions, social emergencies, or other force majeure events beyond the organizer's control. In such cases, refund procedures and specific measures will be announced separately according to organizer policy.
