환불 규정

Refund Policy

서울특별시 도시공원 조례에 따른 이용료 환불규정을 아래와 같이 안내드리오니, 이용 신청 전 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Please review the following refund policy based on the Seoul Metropolitan Government Urban Parks Ordinance before applying.

• 천재지변 및 불가항력 등의 사유로 이용할 수 없는 경우: 이용료 전액 반환
• If use is impossible due to natural disasters or force majeure: full refund
• 사용일 7일 전까지 취소한 경우 또는 예약당일 취소: 이용료 전액 반환
• Cancellation up to 7 days before the use date or on the reservation date: full refund
• 사용일 6일~3일 전까지 취소한 경우: 이용료의 10%를 공제한 나머지 금액 반환
• Cancellation 6 to 3 days before the use date: refund after deducting 10% of the fee
• 사용일 2일~1일 전까지 취소한 경우: 이용료의 30%를 공제한 나머지 금액 반환
• Cancellation 2 to 1 days before the use date: refund after deducting 30% of the fee
• 사용일 이후 취소한 경우: 환불 불가
• Cancellation after the use date: non-refundable

안전 및 보험

Safety & Insurance

행사 보험이 적용되나, 개인 과실로 인한 사고의 경우 보장에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

Event insurance is provided, but coverage may be limited for accidents caused by individual negligence.

참가자는 반드시 본인의 건강상태를 고려하여 대회 참가를 해야 합니다.

Participants must consider their own health condition before joining the event.

주최 측은 만일의 사태에 대비하여 주요 지점에 구급차 및 응급 의료 인력을 배치합니다.

The organizer will place ambulances and emergency medical staff at key locations in preparation for emergencies.

기타사항

Other Notices

2026 남산 서머 페스티벌 운영사는 참가 자격 박탈, 특별 인사 초대, 대회 중지 및 취소, 코스 변경 등의 권한을 가집니다.

The 2026 Namsan Summer Festival operator reserves the right to disqualify participants, invite special guests, suspend or cancel the event, and change the course.

천재지변, 감염병 확산, 정부 또는 지방자치단체의 행정조치, 교통통제, 사회적 재난, 기타 주최측이 통제할 수 없는 불가항력 사유로 인해 행사가 취소 또는 변경될 수 있습니다.

The event may be cancelled or changed due to natural disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, administrative measures by government or local authorities, traffic control, social disasters, or other force majeure events beyond the organizer's control.

이 경우 환불 및 대회 운영 방식과 세부 조치는 주최측 방침에 따라 별도 공지합니다.

In such cases, refund procedures, event operations, and detailed measures will be announced separately according to the organizer's policy.
